The whole practice has always been good. I just don't like the phones go to an answering service. It's also an all in one practice if you like that but I only go for the mental health side. It took me decades to find a place like this. I see Dr Benigar and he's absolutely wonderful! I drive 84 miles round trip just to see him. He actually listens to you and discusses your treatment with you instead of just doing what he thinks. And doesn't give up when you've been a difficult case. He keeps discussing with you and trying. He's really hard to get into but what good Dr isn't. If you can, he's worth the wait! Also since this is a multi practice office they take insurance when most psychiatrist now are individuals and don't take insurance. I called a few when looking and they wanted like $300. That's not doable. And when you're already having mental health issues that makes it worse thinking you're never going to get help. But I kept going and found this place. Highly recommend!

I selected this place as my second choice only because it was closer to work. Out of the gate there were problems. To be brief, they won’t reserve a treatment time until the initial treatment / setup is done. They won’t help with FMLA paperwork. They won’t respond to your emails. They won’t help you with referrals to other providers. They are there to provide treatment to a large number of patients and not to provide individualized patient and customer care. If you like automated car washes with 3 settings, this is your place. I won’t be going back.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I've experienced. Adding to the stress and mental strain of individuals who are already facing challenges. We seek support here, not additional burdens. Losing dedicated clients like me over a late fee doesn't seem worth it. I've concluded that I won't be coming back, and I won't be paying the fee. The stress caused by the poor customer service I've experienced feels like it offsets any obligations on my part.

I would like say that I liked the Salience Health Legacy location, until this week. I had a medical condition with my blood work that needed follow up by my provider Dr. Conn, and that didn't happen. I called the office 3 days in a row all day to see what the next steps were, because I was having some concerning symptoms issues, and each time I called I kept being told by the individuals who were answering the phones that they would leave him messages, and to have him call me back, or have a nurse to call me back with the next steps. I asked multiple times if I could get another blood work done to see if this 3rd blood order was the cause of my symptoms, and I never received a call back whatsoever. I ended up having to order and pay for my own blood work, and found out the underlying issue, because I took my health into my own hands. This is actually considered neglect, and in no way should be tolerated. I ended up calling and canceling all my appointments with Dr. Conn, and I was asked the reason why, so I explained why. The next day I received a letter in my portal from Dr. Conn relinquishing care, and responsibility for his actions to cover himself. This is very unprofessional, and shows Dr. Conn isn't there for the patient, but there for a paycheck.

Great, just very helpful and a bit efficient actually if you’re not used to that? Ya know? There’s fast and then there’s just rushed. Fast and efficient after they’ve got to know you, and should you need something more, you get extra time and you can tell your doctor cares. My experience is with Dr. Pastelero, and very friendly and just a great and approachable Dr. by the way,even walks ya out- in a friendly way ;) tho ya know, especially I moved from upstate down south and was recommended Salience Health and I gravitated towards him. Very attentive, very knowledgeable - I’m 35 and I think he’s probably either my age or some years younger bc he’s such a well educated Psychtriatrist! And really likes to set down plans, and address your concerns, every visit. Tailor around you, but know you are important and life is never say over anything. Stick with it and you’ll be ok. Very up beat, but chill. Rare combo and confident. Knows his stuff. Chill and clean office, and back rooms for seeing patients are cool. They do your BP and check your weight! Almost a physical every visit😉 I dig it. Lots of on site services, I haven’t used myself of course but I know are there. And they and your Dr. ate behind you u supporting you 100%, no pill pushers either. Here for you. I needed that. I’m from a slower part of Upstate so being in the Dallas fast quick pace, ya need that! Ya know ☺️ but can beat a truthful review and I was searching for the self when searching for a Psychiatrist which isn’t easy. I was recommended Salience tho! So I’d like to pass this Forward. Several locations, sorry 3 but still to be exact but you’d know if you look it up for TX. So if you’re in the Dallas area no need to 2nd guess. Thanks for the chance to show my thanks! Right on 👍
